CHILLING ON A SUMMERBREEZE

 

It was the briefest of showers...
brisk drops descend through ambient air
as impetuous clouds play hide and seek with the setting sun
I stop to pause as an opaline sky
transforms before my eyes

Once again the storm approaches
catching me out…but i don't mind

Cool ebullience sizzles on my flushed skin
evaporating before it gets a chance to soak into my deepest desires
It was but a taste on my parched lips

that evokes  an electrified chill to run through my mind

causing the hairs on my spine to stand on end

I smell a distant bloom floating on the breeze

LIQUID ESSENCE

Your pearly essence 
mingles with ecstatic tears
that trickle down my cheek
Like two universe
on a collision course 
merging into one

A deep pulse of elation
Terpsichorean vibrations
orgasmic creation 
we birth new stars

in the midst of our

midnight soul dive

Our syncopated rhythm
folds the infinicy of eternity

the heartbeat of time

momentarily stopped
no distance left

between us

In the blink of an

i
You and

i 
come

together
