I can’t remember falling asleep...
Time went on,
But I stayed
in a world that was far removed
from everything
I was trying to not think about
...things that go around in my head
I’m on a starship
entering outer limits of what
we can humanly conceive
My mind
Dimming
and then
I awoke
Not even knowing where I am
A songs’ dulcet tones
Entering my dream
I thought I was lost in space
A reflective sphere
showing us what we believe to be true
I try to orient myself
to enter the world I see within
But gravity is rarely present in the dream sphere
Light
Dancing across walls
Clouds
Illuminating within
People
too light for this dark world
Leaving
Leaving
Rising
Against the pull of earthy rules and agendas
Souls
Too pure
Too luminous
for this dark place
Ascending
Reaching
back
For the source
Of light
